  • Hamburger buns
  • Lettuce
  • Tomato
  • Onion
  • Pickles
  • Ketchup, mustard and/or mayonnaise.

Grilled Tenderloin
Another American favorite is the tenderloin, and it’s also easy to make when prepared on an outdoor grill. Add some pepper and garlic for an absolutely savory flavor, and your mouth will be watering in no time. Here’s the ingredients you’ll need to make this meal complete:

  • Cut tenderloin

  • A couple of your favorite side dishes

Buffalo Chicken Sandwich

  • Boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut in halves
  • Salt and pepper

Striped Bass
A delectable treat on a hot summer day, the grilled striped bass is another great option for the grill. With a pinch of garlic and a few squirts of lemon, this dinner promises to have your guests inviting themselves back for more.  For this meal you’ll need:

  • Striped brass
  • 2 fresh lemons
  • 2 cloves of fresh garlic
  • A few sprigs of thyme or oregano

Gyros
If your local grocery mart has any cuts of lamb available, consider gyros as an option for your next full course meal. Gyros can be great by themselves and also make for delicious tacos and sandwiches. Serve up some rice and salad on the side, and you’ll be all set to produce the perfect Greek meal. To start, you’ll need these items:

  • Gyros (leg of lamb)
  • White rice
  • Salad

With all the grilling, don’t forget to make sure your outdoor range hood filters are cleaned regularly to ensure optimal performance. If you have a covered or enclosed patio space, it can be easy for smoke and debris to be caught up within the patio area and remain there for days. Your range hood will ensure that harmful air pathogens are deposited away from the communal area.
