Return Policy

Customer Service and quality are a high priority at RangeHoods Inc.

Upon arrival of your unit, please inspect the exterior and interior for damages. Our shipments need signature required upon delivery unless stated otherwise. Once you receive your item, please open immediately. We are allowed 48 hours upon delivery by the freight company to file an insurance claim. If you do not open within the allotted time, you accept full responsibility for the unit and it cannot be returned. If the unit is signed without inspection or notation, you are accepting the delivery of the package in good condition. There is no way we can process the insurance claim with the shipping company if signed (which means you received it in good condition). In the event that the unit arrives damaged and the entire shipment or parts of the shipment is refused, we will replace the unit/parts upon availability of replacement unit or parts that are damaged. After writing "damaged" on the bill of lading, you have 72 hours to report the contents that are damaged to us. Please do not wait as this is very IMPORTANT, otherwise the freight company will not cover the replacement charges and you will be held liable.

All sales are final and no refund will be accepted unless otherwise stated. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our customer service within five (5) days of delivery. All products  properly returned in new, unused condition inside its original packaging are eligible for refund, which may include an in-store credit or credit to the original method of payment. Customer is responsible for the shipping costs, insurance of all return shipments and up to a 15% restocking fee. All return shipments will be inspected for any damage/missing parts. Upon receipt of the product, we will credit you for the total purchase price, less 15% restocking fees and shipping costs to and from the delivery location. Please keep in mind, credit card companies vary in the time they take to post credits. No refund/credit will be issued for any damaged/lost return shipments.

Please contact our customer service for further instructions on your return and to receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. In the unlikely event that your order is incorrect, missing parts, damaged or defective, please call us within five (5) days of delivery and we will send you the correct product, replacement product, or replacement parts at no cost to you. Return the item(s) via the shipment method of your choice with tracking information. Please download and print our Return form and fill it out. You may download the Return form from http://rangehoodsinc.com/productcart/pc/rhi_RMA_form.pdf. Please call 1-800-914-9775 for a RMA number. Please keep a copy for your records.


Most merchandise can be returned within 7 days in unused, 100% sale-able condition and in the original manufacturer's packaging.

Affix the returns label over the top of the original shipping label. Please keep a copy of the tracking number for reference.
